Witness360 App (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your data.

1. Data Collection and Use

The App uses your device’s camera and microphone to capture or stream live video.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information or media.
All video and audio remain on your device unless you choose to stream or share them.

If you record a video, it is saved only on your device. We have no access to those files. You control, move, or delete them at any time.

When you stream using your custom RTMP URL, data is sent directly from your device to that destination.

We do not transmit, store, or process your video on our servers.

You are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices of any third-party streaming service you use.

Camera: capture video for recording or streaming.
Record Audio (Microphone): capture audio for recording or streaming.
Write External Storage: save recordings locally to shared storage (for older Android versions).
Internet: send video streams to the user’s RTMP URL.
Foreground Service / CAMERA / MICROPHONE: keep recording or streaming active when minimized or screen is off.
Flashlight: enable or disable the device flash as needed.
Post Notifications: show status updates while the app runs in the background.

You can revoke these permissions anytime in your device settings.

This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
